Oppo- I thought my taxes we're going to be covered by work this year, however, I didn't make the cutoff for states traveled. I've been looking at the online tools, but they all only give rates for 1 state. I'm trying to decide if i want to use a local tax prep or do it on my own, based on the information below, but cant seem to find any prices regarding what it would cost.
2 State Income Tax Returns
4 Local (3 Different States, OH doesn't collect income tax if you're a nonresident from a bordering state)
Moved
Bought a house in April.

sounds like a nut buster. I used to have my taxes done, which are mildly complex, but now I just use turbotax. Granted with several returns to file, its going to add up in cost. Utah state taxes are stupid easy though so its only the federal thats the issue for me.

It probably depends on which states. Sometimes the state ones are super cheap or easy to fill out. I'm lucky now in WA because there's no income tax at all.

You lucky bastard! No income tax would net me an extra $800 a month. Do you know how many car parts I could buy with that?!

The 9.5% sales tax puts a damper on that, but not $800 a month, damn.

And we've got 8.875% sales tax. I'd happily pay 10% sales tax if I can have that $800 extra a month.

Yeah. Turbo Tax doesn't do the local taxes, correct? So i'd only have to pay the extra fee for the 1 state.

you get 1 state return free (included) I think.
